Each class begins with intentional breathwork, followed by a series of yoga poses designed to improve balance, increase flexibility, and build strength, and ends with moments of restful meditation. Learn foundational asanas and proper breathing techniques to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Yoga helps clear the mind, open the heart, and reduce stress. Open to all levels.
Yoga Private Sessions
Work one-on-one with a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor to tailor each session to your body’s needs.
