Want to become an ARX trainer? ARX personal trainers strictly supervises clients within the confines of the latest scientific research regarding resistance training. At ARX at the Loft, we combine these scientifically proven principles with incredibly well designed equipment, including the ARX. All instructors at ARX at the Loft solely work with clients one-on-one, or in small group settings, by appointment only, and are thoroughly trained to supervise this specific, effective, and safe exercise protocol in our ideal exercise facilities, free of distractions. We allow a maximum of 2 sessions a week, but normally, clients train with us just once per week for less than 30 minutes. Our underlying philosophy regarding exercise is that it should always be safe, brief, very intense and done infrequently to allow for proper recovery and supercompensation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the client experience
You will work with clients to establish and track their goals, and must demonstrate a complete understanding of our core values when communicating with them
We will provide you with training to understand our commitment
Start $30/HR after training
Using your personal platforms to be an ambassador for ARX, and help with promotion and brand development
