24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions and classes. We hold a spot for you and in exchange you give us a 24-hour notice, by email or phone. Otherwise, yes, you will be charged.
EXPIRATION
All of our packages and class cards have a 3-month expiration. We like to see our students regularly and feel to experience mind/body transformation this is imperative!
ATTIRE
In Pilates and Yoga you may find your bodies in all kind of positions, so we recommend for your modesty fitted, secure, comfortable workout attire. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
CELL PHONES
We believe you can be separated from your cell phone and want your time at our studio to be just for you. Please silence all such devices while you are in the studio. We understand the occasional emergency phone call.
