Prenatal Yoga

75 minutes of writing, sharing, flow-style movement, breath work, and supported resting postures. This six week series is designed to deepen your connection with your baby, body, and breath as you both grow and change. A special emphasis on centering the mind around maintaining the connection with the self as you welcome new life, and sharing this experience with others who are on the same journey.

** Must be entering 2nd trimester to begin. Please consult your doctor before beginning if you do not have an established yoga practice, and please bring a journal/pen with you.

Led by TiffanyJo who has completed the first module of pre-natal yoga training at Breathe Yoga & Wellness in Pensacola, Florida with Christa Sonnier. Sonnier has been a yoga teacher, a teacher of teachers, and a doula for many years and gave TiffanyJo a strong understanding of the body-breath-mother-child connection. TiffanyJo will complete the final forty hours of the full 80-hour program in October of 2019. This certification and niche of yoga appealed to TiffanyJo to hopefully bond and support the feminine energies in her yoga community.
