Jessica is a 200 hour certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor, and holds certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Therapy for anxiety and depression. She is also a certified meditation instructor. Through her journey with yoga and meditation, Jessica has gained insights into the significance of mindfulness and breath control. Her teaching style focuses on empowering students mentally and physically, both on and off the yoga mat.
